James Craig Hall, “Jimmy,” 61, of Richland, Mississippi, died Sunday, November 10, 2024, at his daughter’s home, in Brandon, Mississippi. Jimmy was a hardworking and selfless man. He worked for over fifteen years for Hotel and Restaurant Supply as an installer and then a warehouse worker. He then retired to be at home with his wife full-time. He loved spending time with his family, especially outdoors. He enjoyed going to many fishing spots locally to catch and release fish, get tangled up in things, and must get everyone else unstuck. He reveled the good laughs from everyone. He also enjoyed camping. He tent camped for years, before updating and traveling further off in the camper. Overall, he just enjoyed spending time with everyone. He was also an avid baseball fan; he enjoyed watching Atlanta Braves and Boston Red Sox.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He preceded in death by his father, Archie Hall. He survived by his wife, Dorothy Hall, daughter Shannon Hall (Chase) Morrison, grandchildren; James Sims and Sarann Redmond, all of Mississippi. Sons include Michael Hall and Jacob Hall, and daughter Morgan Hall, and five grandchildren, all of Florida. Mother, Roslyn Jolly Henley, of Mississippi. Brothers, Robert K. Hall (Candice) of Georgia and James E. Henley, Jr. (Sherry) of Mississippi.
There will be no funeral services, in accordance with his wishes. We will have a memorial service on a later date.
