Debra Marks Frank

Debra Marks Frank, 63, of New Haven, IN passed away after a sudden illness on November 18, 2016 while visiting family in Atlanta, GA. She was surrounded by her loving immediate family. Debra was born on April 26, 1953 in San Antonio, TX. She graduated from Cicero High School (NY) in 1971. Debra lived in many places throughout her life, including Ohio, Central New York, the Adirondack Mountains, West Virginia, and most recently, Indiana. She was a District Manager at Partners 1st Federal Credit Union in Fort Wayne, IN. She worked for the Credit Union for many years. Debra was a ray of light and touched the lives of everyone she knew. Debra was pre-deceased by her father, Stanley Marks. She is survived by her husband, Richard Frank of New Haven, IN; daughters Heather (Brian) McNally of Atlanta, GA, and Erin Ozinsky of Ballston Spa, NY; two beautiful grandsons, Lukas and Alex; her mother, Katherine Marks of Columbiana, OH; and her brother Michael (Mary) Marks of Syracuse, NY. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 3 from 12 – 3 pm at the Salem Golf Club, 1967 S Lincoln Ave, in Salem, OH.
