Mildred “Milly” Louise Shaffer, age 95, a longtime resident of Pataskala, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the Inn at Summit Trail in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She was born on May 9, 1929 in Johnstown, Ohio to the late Cleon and Pauline Cole. Milly is survived by her beloved husband of 77 years, Bob Shaffer; children, Risë Gordon and Rudy (Cindy) Shaffer; grandchildren, Taylor and Stacy Gordon, MaryJo Jones, and Kacey Ricketts; six great-grandchildren; and a host of many other family, friends, and loved ones. Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062.
