Marie J. Collins, 97, of Pataskala, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was a faithful Christian for many years. Marie was such a delightful, inspirational person, and was loved by all she met. Telling them about her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! She was born on February 5, 1926 in Oneida, TN, a daughter to the late William and Deliah (Smith) Jenkins. Marie is survived by her loving children, Brenda Overholts and David (Sue); grandchildren, Anthony (Tami), Brianna, Shanie and Loren (Nick); siblings, Betty and Doug and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Oades; son, Robert; grandson, Byron and sisters, Willa Dyment and Sue Clark and brother Jake Jenkins. Private family services. Interment will be at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
