John Leslie Baker IV, 53, of Pataskala, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at his residence. He was born on September 6, 1962 in Cincinnati, OH. John is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Ronda Baker; children, Lynsie Baker (Joseph Babcock) and Devin John Baker; grandson, Gavin Hill; father, John (Barbara) Baker; mother, Carol (Bill) Walls; brother, Steve Baker; nephew, Andrei Henson and many cousins, friends and other relatives. A celebration of Life for John will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 4pm to 7pm at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St, Pataskala, OH 43062.
