Rosa "Rosie" Ramirez Espinoza

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ruben Espinoza; her four children: Rita Espinoza, Regina Perales, Raquel Espinoza, and Ruben Rey Espinoza; her seven grandchildren: Anita Perales, Alexander Espinoza, Joe Anthony Perales, Isaiah Espinoza, Arianna Espinoza, Paula Rose Perales, and Gabriel Torres; her one great grandchild: Mya Ramirez; her siblings: Mary Alvarez, Gregory Ramirez, Ellen Saucedo, and Dora Leos, brother-in-law, Fermin Trevino, Sr.; mother-in-law, Adelaida Espinoza; brother-in laws and their spouses: Gerardo and Linda Espinoza, Manuel and Frances Espinoza; sisters-in-law and their spouses: Margaret and Nick Diaz, Mary and Luis Toro, and Susana and Pete Buchman; numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hilario and Victoria Ramirez; her sister, Paula Trevino; her sister-in-law, Mary Ann Ramirez; and her father-in-law, Manuel Espinoza.

She was a member of St. Hyacinth Catholic Church for forty years. She was a devoted Catholic woman of strong faith and spent an hour each week with our Lord in the Adoration Chapel and many more praying for her loved ones. She dedicated her life to helping and caring for others. She would visit the nursing home with the ladies at the church and enjoyed playing Bunco with them as well. She had a lovely heart and treated everyone as family. She was always there to help no matter what the situation. She survived breast cancer 15 years ago and was devoted to helping others by participating in Relay for Life with family each year.

The family request the honor of your presence for viewing starting at 5:00 PM followed by vigil service at 6:30 PM on Monday, December 21, 2015 in the chapel of Grandview Memorial Funeral Home located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church located at 2921 Center Street Deer Park, Texas 77536 followed by internment at Grandview Memorial Cemetery in Pasadena, TX. A reception will follow at the church in Guyot Hall.
