Nora Weaver died on December 17, 2018 at the age of 83. Nora is preceded in death by her parents, Lucas Saenz and Maria de Jesus Saenz; and Roberto Juarez, her first husband; her daughter, Sylvia Juarez; and her second husband, Paul Weaver.
Nora is survived by one sister, Ruth Marks; brothers, Jacobo Saenz and wife Dora Saenz, and Patricio Saenz and wife Susie Saenz. Also, she is survived by her niece and God-daughter, Sylvia Marie Juarez and husband Jacob Gloria. She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Nora was born in Garciasville, Texas to her parents, Lucas and Maria Saenz. She graduated high school in 1954 and attended college at Texas A&I, Kingsville, Texas. Nora worked for Cavaza’s Motor Company. After marrying, she became a licensed beautician and worked in the Pasadena area for over 40 years.
She enjoyed bingo, the casino’s, the lottery, traveling, watching the “Price is Right” and “Wheel of Fortune”. Her favorite sports teams were the Houston Astros and the Houston Texans. Nora attended church at Our Lady of Fatima in Galena Park, Texas. She held bible studies on Sundays in her home, as Nora’s door was always open. She loved to read her messages from her followers on Facebook, NoraWeaver’sEncouragement page.
Nora’s family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Boulevard, Pasadena, Texas 77502, with the Rosary service following immediately after, at 7pm on Friday, December 21, 2018, at Pasadena Funeral Chapel.
A graveside service will take place at The Juarez Family Cemetery, on Cemetery Road, in Delmita, Texas, 78536, at 1:30pm on Saturday, December 22. 2018.
