Lucina, “Lucy” Campos, age 81, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Pasadena, TX surrounded by her children and grandchildren by her side.
Prior to becoming ill, Lucy was a talented baker and decorator. She enjoyed traveling extensively and had a strong devotion to her Christian faith. She believed in raising strong, independent and self-reliant children and instilled their pursuit for higher education.
She is survived by her children, Alejandra Fuentes and her husband Abundio, Victor, Maricela Barajas and her husband Eduardo, Delfina Garcia, Lucy, Norman and his wife Laura, Dulce Martin and her husband Paul. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation and funeral services will take place at Grand View Funeral Home on Friday, November 10, 2017 located at 8501 Spencer Hwy. Pasadena, TX 77505. Visitation hours are from 11:00AM-12:30PM and funeral services will begin at 12:30PM. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
