Kyle James

Sam “Kyle” James, 31, of Houston, TX, passed away on April 30, 2018. He was born in Pasadena, TX on November 13, 1986 to father Sam James, mother Kathy James. Kyle was a proud graduate of the University of Houston and was passionate for his career in the food and restaurant management field. Kyle was full of life and never turned down an adventure. His free time was filled by family, dogs, travel, and friends. Kyle loved fiercely and took pride in caring for those that were close to him. Kyle was preceded in death by grandparents: Sam and Frances James, Buddy and Joyce Harris; and cousin, Chris Williams. He is survived and cherished by parents: Sam and Leanne James, and mother, Kathy Westfall; siblings: Kamie James, Chandler James and wife Caitlin, and Elijah James; grandparents: Yolanda and Julio Mendoza; loving girlfriend, Gabby Barboza; his loyal companions Ari and Chula; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends who will miss him dearly. Kyle was smart, spirited, funny, and full of life — his love will live forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
