I am so sorry to hear about Jeff and Amy! In the short time I knew them and had interactions with them, they were very kind people. I know that their passing is painful to the many friends, families, and co-workers that knew them both. 
I pray that the family has peace in knowing they are in a better place and not suffering any longer. Praying for strength of loved ones to endure their loss and celebrate their life!

Jeffery was a loving man, always smiling and giving me encouragement to keep fighting.  He would always leave me little messages on my FB page.   He always reached out to me.  I have another guardian angel watching over me. I will truly miss him and Amy.  They were my support ;  they gave me encouragement  to keep up the fight with my illness.   I am going to miss those, but I know one day we'll meet again.  I send my love, hugs and kisses to them both.

That could not be more true now that Jeffrey is missing from the world. He was a beloved brother, brother-in-law, husband, son, son-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend,  co-worker, neighbor, confidante, dogs' best friend, and all-around human being, whose impact on the lives of those who knew him can't be overstated. 

I want to share one of my favorite poems, written to deal with grief, which I first heard at the funeral of a loved one. My wish is that these beautiful words from Merritt Malloy give you the hope that they give me.

Uncle Jeff I still can’t believe you are gone. I wish I had spent more time with you, gone to more sushi dinners with you, talked more sports with you. You were always a kind and caring uncle, always checked to make sure I was doing ok. Looking back on our Facebook messages, I smile remembering all the good times we had together. I still have the brushes you made for me many years ago, I’ve kept them all this time and will continue to do so to remember you by.  I love you and will miss you very much, but I am comforted knowing that you are no longer in any pain, and that you can Rest In Peace with Amy and Abuela, and Uncle Ruben. I will miss you checking up on me and sending a message just to say “Hi, I love you Mija.” Rest peacefully Sweet Uncle Jeff, until we meet again, love always ~ Your niece Melissa

I'm glad we got to spend a lot of time together sharing memories cutting up and acting crazy with each other. You will continue to live here in our hearts rest in peace brother till we meet again

I have a lot of memories with uncle Jeffery as a kid. The most memorable and one that I’ll never forget is when he and uncle Ruben took us to NASA for the day. I couldn’t have been more then 5 years old but That’s one memory I’ll always have and never forget. He was always so loving and kind to us.
 As a child growing up he would take us to the corner store and buy us snacks and candy every time he would come to visit. I love you uncle and I’m going to miss you so much.

Jeffery, It is hard for me to accept and comprehend that you just went suddenly and are no longer here.  We were supposed to explore the world for more adventures  You had so much potential and talent to give and to live.  My heart is broken.  You were my last brother and now I am alone and sad.  I don't know how I am supposed to go on without you.  I know you are much happier and are with Amy and mom and Ruben now.  I will never forget you and I love you very much.  Maybe, we didn't say "I love you" very often, but we knew.  I guess God needed you more.
