The funeral service will be held on July 8, 2022 at Grandview Funeral home. Pastor Fredrick L Wooley Sr. of Antioch Baptist Church of Crosby, TX will be officiating. Viewing will be held at 12pm - p.m. and services will be at p.m. with graveside following. Grandview Funeral Home is handling funeral arrangements.
Debbie was born in Houston, TX on February 21, 1959.
She was married to Terry Morgan Preston on April 7, 2007; they were married for 15 years.
Debbie was the greatest and loving homemaker, wife, friend and mother. She enjoyed cooking, hosting parties and get together and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was also actively involved in benefits for people in need.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband Terry Morgan Preston and fur baby Rascal Preston; her children, Robert Crunk II and Laura Crunk; sisters and brother Paula Childress, Marisa Roach and Steven Childress; six grandchildren, Shelby Smith, Robert Crunk III, Conner Clark, Laila Crunk, Brian Crunk II and Hadden Clark; and nieces and nephews, Divina D'Orazio, Diana Hayes, Sarah D'Orazio, Nicole Dortch, Quint Dortch, Christopher Dortch, Steven Rabby, Rebecca Rabby, and Jamie Childress, and other family and friends.
Debbie is preceded in death by her son Brian Crunk; grandson Damien Chesser; mother and father Paul Childress and Sarah Childress; and brother Clyde Childress.
Pallbearers include:
Steven Childress, Christopher Tenney, Robert Crunk III, Conner Clark, Brian Crunk II, Hadden Clark, Christopher Jacobs, Thomas Jacobs, Carl Placker, Gene Placker, Logan Froehlich and Cody Froehlich.
