Brenda Sue Webster

Brenda Webster, 63, of La Porte, Texas gained her angel wings on Sunday, November 19, 2023. She was born in Jacinto City/Houston, Texas on July 14, 1960 to her parents, George and Evelyn. Brenda was the Human Resource manager for Oates Industries for the past 21 years. She served on several different committees with The Pasadena Strawberry Festival and was chairman of the Wine Bar. Brenda loved to travel and was always ready for a girl’s trip. She loved playing games such as; LCR, Bunco and Pokeno. Brenda was an amazing daughter, sister, mother, Nina, and friend. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Webster.

Left to cherish Brenda’s memory are her mother and stepfather Evelyn Chapa and husband Santos, bonus mom Beverly Webster, brother Gary Webster, daughter Haley Gibson and husband Josh, and bonus children Rodney and Rachel. She also leaves behind grandchildren Brendan, Morgan, Cherimae, Bonham, Jaxon, and Lucy, niece Jordan and husband Joey and son Noah, nephew Cody and children Bryson and Kairi, as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends she considered family.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. A Celebration of Brenda's life will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Immediately following, she will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park.
