Beverly was born to the late Dorothy Tucker Rogge Ahlering and Donald “Bud” Rogge on December 11, 1932 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She is also predeceased by her two brothers, Donald Rogge and Micheal Patrick Rogge, as well as by her husband, William “Bill” Lenson Miller.
After meeting the love of her life, Beverly married Bill Miller on March 1, 1947 in LaPorte, Texas. The two spent the next seventy years together in a long and loving marriage in which they had five daughters together; Kathryn Creel, Sherry Buckner, Bronte Watts, Marsha Chrisjohn, and Jill Miller. Beverly’s extended family currently consists of 12 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. There are also of course innumerable nieces, nephews, cousins and more, all of which hold the fondest memories of Beverly.
Beverly exemplifies a legacy of love through all the family she leaves behind. She was a beautiful mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who loved her family deeply. She was a woman of faith, being a good Catholic with regular attendance to Saint Hyacinth Catholic church in Deer Park, Texas. She loved to read novels, bowling, picnics and being with the family she dedicated her life to. She leaves us with a lifetime of great memories and will be missed more than our words can express. We will always remember her caring and loving ways.
We love you forever and you are always in our hearts, our beloved Beverly.
