Randell “Randy” Arthur, 44, of Washington, WV unexpectedly passed away January 29, 2024 at his residence. Per the family’s requests, there will be no services at this time. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
