Gary Hale Snyder

Gary was born March 7, 1946 in Tanner, WV to Edgar S. and Nina P. {Adams} Snyder.

He was a United States Army Veteran. Gary worked at G. E. Plastics and was a member of the American Legion Post #15 and the National Wild Turkey Federation. He loved hunting, woodworking, gardening and telling jokes. Gary will be deeply missed by his son, Kevin Snyder and daughter, Jeannie Paprocki, brothers, Sam Snider, Ed (Evelyn) Snyder, Joe (Rosalee) Snyder, sister, Leone (Charles) Carte and grandchildren, Clayton, Cassie, Courtney, Emma and Timmy.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Friday, November, 1, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Haught officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
