She was born October 1, 1933 to the late John Floyd Morris and Lela Marie Smith Morris.
Barbara retired from Wood County Schools where she worked as a custodian. She was a member of Parkersburg South Baptist Church. She enjoyed riding her bicycle.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her sisters, Janet Rader of Parkersburg, WV, Kathrine Gaskill of Dayton, OH, Linda White of Parkersburg, WV, Sharon Moore of Williamstown, WV; brothers, Earl Morris of Parkersburg WV, Roger Morris of Vienna, WV, Lloyd Morris of California, WV, Robert Morris of Parkersburg, WV. William Morris of Parkersburg, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles Morris.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Adam Paff officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday January 7, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
