I ran flatbed for moose a few years until he moved to the breakdown line back in the day...we never discussed personal matters beyond hiz bronco, football and race cars so I never knew his family any, but when he suddenly was taken from 20 years ago I really never have been able to pay respect until now...

Your mom and I had such good times together for so many years.  I remember like yesterday when John was a baby and used to roll across the hall from your apartment into ours.  When your dad called from the delivery room when Dan was born. When I went with her for her ultrasound and she found out she was having a third son. (Your dad was out on the road). We loved to go to antique stores, although we rarely bought anything.  We shared some sad times, too, like when your dad passed away so suddenly. She was a loving mother and grandmother and we all will miss her so much.

John and Tricia, Dan, Jen and Jules, Dave and Ashley, Uncle Bill and I wish to express our deepest sympathy in your loss.Your Mom was a loving person and through her efforts we kept in touch. I spent this morning going down memory lane through slides that my father took when we were young. . I have wonderful memories of her and of summers at Lake Hopatcong with our parents and grandparents in the home that was built by our father and grandfather. Memories of a special family vacation in Wildwood Crest in 1959--your mom was only 8! So much fun to be at the ocean. Your mom worked on the boardwalk in Seaside Park when she was in high school and we would laugh each day when she came home smelling like french fries and sausage and pepper sandwiches! That is the same boardwalk that has been in the news lately because it was just destroyed by fire. We will never forget the comfort your Mom gave us after Hurricane Sandy with her phone calls and concern. She would call me and tell me what was happening here in New Jersey because we had no electricity and couldn't get the news from TV. Your  Mom was a wonderful sister and I love her and will miss her always. We will all cherish the memories we have and keep her in our hearts forever.

John,  Daniel, and David, unfortunately we have never met either but I am also your cousin from NJ - Jennifer Bongione, daughter of Maddi Milne.  I met your mother only once when I was very young but I have heard many childhood stories and always enjoyed the photos of our mothers as children at Christmas. I thought it was so nice of your mom to reach out to us after Hurricane Sandy to make sure we were all ok.  Your mother was a wonderful, caring person who will be greatly missed by all those that had the pleasure to know her.  Please accept my sincere sympathies and know that we are thinking of you during this difficult time.

John, Daniel and David, we have never met, but I am your New Jersey cousin, Suzanne Fenske, daughter of Gayle Holman.  I loved your mother and have many fond memories of your mother when I was a young girl.  My strongest memory was when my family went to Florida when I was seven years old and we met Aunt Karen and Grandma Grace at Disney World. Aunt Karen was only 22 years old then and I looked up to her in awe because to me as a young adult she was fun and care free.  We drove a car together on the Tomorrowland Speedway and I just remember laughing so hard and having so much fun with her.  My other memory of Aunt Karen was when we moved to Illinois for a short time when I was nine and she drove out to spend a weekend with us and brought her beautiful persian cat. We had so much fun with Aunt Karen that weekend.  I will miss her as will all of you.  She will always be with you as long as you keep your memories of her close in your hearts and share them with others. My deepest sympathies are with you all.  Sincerely, Suzanne Fenske
