Dale was born on April 14, 1936 in Wakefield, Nebraska. He graduated in 1961 from University of Nebraska-Lincoln school of dentistry. While in dental school he and Peggy were married and started their family. From 1961-1963 he was a dentist in the United States Army. After the Army he opened his private dental practice in Plainview, Nebraska. In 1971, he made the decision to move his practice to Papillion, Nebraska in Tara Plaza where he took care of patients for 33 years.
Preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Vivian Fredstrom and his wife of 41 years, Peggy A. Green.
Survived by his wife of 23 years, Linda; children, Debbie (Jay) Bergren, Scott (Beth) Fredstrom, Cathi (Joel) Kuhens, Robert Bronowski; brothers, Paul and David; 10 grandchildren and 17 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private for family only.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Brookestone of Papillion.
