Margaret Jean Hostetter-Wilds (Bowman) was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 8, 1926. She was the youngest of four children born to Jessie and Barton Bowman. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, George Wilds and is survived by four children, G. James Wilds (Sam), Carol Migliaccio (Tony), Glenn Wilds (Maria) and Debbie Galvin (Michael) as well as 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She resided in the Calvary Fellowship Home community in Lancaster, PA where she passed peacefully. She enjoyed a long career as a bank teller for many years and was noted for her sociable personality . From an early age she loved to sing in the church choir, often singing as a soloist. She enjoyed attended Sandy Cove and Keswick for bible conferences. Her life was a happy one, she was always faithful to her Lord. Her favorite bible verse was Ephesians 1:6-7. Friends and family are invited to the viewing at Alleva Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 15th from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. followed by a service at 12:00 at the funeral home. A private burial will follow at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
