He was born in Philadelphia on March 7th, 1935 to Janet Barnes Anderson and Kenneth Brown Anderson. He moved to Wayne at the age of four and resided in Wayne and then Berwyn for the rest of his life. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Donna Lynne Anderson, his daughter Holly Anderson Stainer (Glen), grandson Joseph Anderson (Whitney), great grand children Jackson, Julia and Jacob, granddaughter Chelsea Anderson, sister Sarah (Sally) Anderson Caswell, and niece Janet Caswell. His son, Kenneth Barnes Anderson Jr. predeceased him.
Kenneth was the Founder & President of Anderson Taylor Personal of Philadelphia and later owner of Kenneth B Anderson Personnel of Wayne and Devon. He won several awards for excellence in his profession. Ken enjoyed nature and taking walks and picnics in various local parks. He followed the local Philadelphia sports teams and especially Villanova basketball, which he had followed since his teenage years. He had season tickets to their home games and the Palestra doubleheaders. He enjoyed swimming and cheering for his children as they competed on the Martins Dam swim team. He listened to classical music since childhood and collected many records of his favorites. He shared an interest in the capital markets with his father and they had frequent discussions on current market trends.
