Anthony "Tony" C. Jankowski

Tony was a long-time resident of East Fallowfield, PA. He was son of the late Alexander Jankowski and Julia Romano, born on August 7, 1940 in Leechburg, PA.

He graduated from Vandergrift HS in 1957. He continued his education at Penn State focusing on Chemistry. Tony went on to establish a career as an Chemical Technician, working for Koppers and Atlantic Richfield for over 30 years.

He enjoyed working with his hands and performed many home improvements/repairs for family and friends alike. He was the true definition of a handyman. Self-taught auto mechanic/carpentry, there was not a project he wouldn’t try. He was an avid Penn State football fan. He enjoyed the outdoors by hunting, fishing, boating, motorcycling. He loved watching the grandkids play sports and taking 1000’s of pictures of each of them. He enjoyed family time especially spending time with the grandchildren and in the last two years great-grandchildren.

Tony was preceded in death by his wife Maureen Jankowski, and sister Kathi Jankowski.

He is Survived by his brother Eugene (Sharon) Jankowski, son Tony (Theresa) Jankowski, his daughter Vikki Jankowski, daughter Krissy (Bob) Vaughn, and son Jack (Lisa) Pelosi. Eight Grandchildren, Alex (Sarah) Jankowski, Austin Jankowski, Lauren (Damon) Miller, Ryan Vaughn, Colin Vaughn, Gianna Pelosi, Anthony Pelosi, and Michael Pelosi. And blessed to see two Great-Grandchildren, Harper and Everett Miller.

A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Alleva Funeral Home (1724 E Lancaster Ave., Paoli, PA 19301). On Thursday, July 11, 2024 a viewing will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am with a service to begin at 11:00am at Alleva Funeral Home (1724 E Lancaster Ave., Paoli, PA 19301). Burial will immediately follow the service at Arlington Cemetery (2900 State Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026).
