Lise was born on September 22, 1945 to Alfred and Rosa Beauchesne, and grew up in Plessisville, Quebec, Canada. She was the eldest daughter of 8 children; Jacques, Pierre, Claude, Andre, Sylvie, Alain and Christian. She married her husband Bertrand (2021) of 52 years on September 21, 1968.
She and her husband lived in Manchester, NH and eventually retired to Hobe Sound, FL where she enjoyed crafting and spending time with her many friends. She was a loving and supportive wife and mother all her life.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bertrand Genest (2021) and leaves behind her sons Steve Genest (wife Amanda; grandchildren Ashley and Michael) and Eric Genest (wife Monia; her sons Brandon and Ian Sasseville). She is also survived by her siblings still residing in Quebec, Canada; Jacques, Pierre, Claude, Andre, Sylvie, and Alain.
