Charles G. “Charlie” Hino, 97 years old passed away on October 15, 2019 at the VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach. He was born September 24, 1922 in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Hino was a WW II veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a recipient of 6 medals during his service. He was a member of Sebastian United Methodist Church for 41 years. He served in many capacities, ushering on Sundays was one of his favorites. He was a life time member of the Sebastian American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, one daughter, one son, one grandson, one great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial Service will be held Friday October 18, 2019 at Sebastian United Methodist Church, 1029 Main Street, at 10 a.m. for the viewing, 11 a.m. for the service with luncheon to follow. After lunch a grave site military ceremony will be held at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock St.. SE Palm Bay, 32909.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach, in lieu of flowers.
