Carmen was born December 24, 1930 in St. Ann, Jamaica. She attended Westwood High School in Stewart Town, St. Ann and worked as an Executive Secretary in Kingston, London and New York. After her retirement, she lived in Palm Bay, Florida and later, to San Pedro, California.
Carmen was pre-deceased by her husband, Alford; her parents, Norval and Ellen Perry; and her nephew, Michael Perry Reddy. She is survived by her sister, Carol Reddy-Mullen; brother-in-law, Michael H. Mullen; grandnephew, Brent Reddy; and grandniece, Grace Reddy.
Carmen was a follower of Christ and was a member of Palm Bay Baptist Church.
A visitation of Carmen will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 10:00am – 10:30am, immediately followed by a Memorial Service at Fountainhead Funeral Home:
