Mary Jane Marotta

She was born to parents Andrew Paul Hoffman and Mary Elisabeth Knoll, on October 7, 1933 in Herzog, Russia.

Jane graduated from Brighton High School in 1951. She went on to study General Education at Community College of Denver and graduated with an Associate's Degree.

Jane worked as a Teller for 20 years. After 25 years of service, she retired from Bank of America in 1988. She enjoyed Reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, and going to the movies.

Jane met Lawrence Vincent Marotta, Sr. ( Larry ) in 1964. They were married on January 28, 1965 in Reno, Nevada. Together they raised three children: Anne Elisabeth Rivera, Kirk Lewis Marotta, and Lawrence Vincent Marotta Jr.

Jane is survived by her beloved sweetheart, Larry, daughter, Anne and son, Kirk. She has four grandsons: two by Anne and her husband, Jovtte, Jovette Kenneth Rivera ( Japan ) and Adam Lawrence Rivera (USAF ) and two by Kirk, Kirk Lewis Marotta Jr. and Vincent Hawk Marotta of Seaside. She was preceded in death by her son, Lawrence Vincent ( Vince ) Marotta, Jr.

The family has entrusted Paul's Mortuary with the arrangements. No services will be held at this time. Her ashes will be scattered on the Monterey Bay at a later date.
