Barbara Dale Boynton

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home in Ozark. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens under the direction of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5-7p.m.

Raised in Ozark, Alabama, Dale enjoyed a simple life of country living. Cooking for family, listening to music and dancing were some of the things she loved the most. She was a passionate artist and a published author. She was very adventurous and enjoyed traveling at times, but said Ozark, with her family would always be home. Dale was best described as “Special”, “Favorite”, “Loyal”, “Amazing”, and “Fearless”. She gave all she had to those she loved. Anyone blessed enough to meet her was truly inspired by her strength. Barbara Dale Howell Boynton will be missed.

Surviving family members include daughters, Terra (Darrell) Densel; Brooke (Steven) Jones; “Becky” Elma Rebecca Hemphill; a son, Bo (Tracy) Boynton; grandchildren, Lacy Densel, Cody Hemphill, Rayah Brown, Summer Densel, Dallas Baldwin, Austin Cannon, Luke Densel, Cheyanne Boynton, and Nathaniel Boynton; great grandchildren, Gabriel Lozano, Ivory Hemphill, Izaac Hemphill, and Ezekial Santiago; sisters, Judy (Roger) Coots, Roxy (Bill) Riley, and a brother, Eddie (Debbie) Howell.
