Mary Dell (Hall) Warner went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Dell was born to Tony and Maggie Hall on April 3, 1940 in Eden “Leaksville” North Carolina. She was the second of four children.
Dell met the love of her life, Richard "Dick" Warner, while they were in junior high school. They married on June 6, 1959.
The couple welcomed their first child, Beverly, into the world on May 16, 1960. In 1962 the moved to Florida to start their own service station business. On December 4, 1962, they welcomed their second child, Sheryl, into the family. Dell took care of the girls while Dick worked countless hours at the station. On March 3, 1965, they welcomed their third daughter, Lisa, into the world.
During this time the family enjoyed boating, skiing on Lake Butler, cruising up the St. Johns River to Silver Glen and traveling to see Richard and Dell’s parents in North Carolina.
On March 30, 1970, they welcomed their fourth child Charles Jr. into the family – finally a boy!
Dell loved traveling with her husband and friends. One of her greatest joys was RVing with Richard in their motorhome and serving as tailenders with their WIT group. She was blessed to visit all 50 states as well as the provinces of Canada.
Dell loved being with her family and always looked forward to family dinner on Sunday after church.
She was a woman of great faith, who shared the love of Jesus to anyone who would listen. She was a faithful member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Oviedo, Florida.
Dell and her longtime best friend, James Moose, loved making homemade wine together. They enjoyed “wine time” each afternoon on her back porch, looking at the lake.
Dell is preceded in death by her parents Tony and Maggie Hall, and her brother James Michael Hall. She leaves behind a multitude of loved ones. Her loving and devoted husband Richard “Dick” Warner; daughters, Beverly Warner DeLemos and husband Doug; Sheryl Warner DeWitt and husband Ed; Lisa Dell Farr and husband Rob; and son, Charles Richard Warner, Jr.; Grandchildren Ronnie, Patrick, Katie, Holly, Ryan, Kyle, Abby, Libby, Jacob and 17 great-grandchildren.
She also leaves behind her sister Sharon Moose, brother Roger Hall, lifelong friend James Moose, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and others.
Dell lived a full life and leaves behind a legacy for those privileged to know her.
A celebration of life will be held at the Warner family home following the interment.

A visitation for Dell will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 2021 SR 426 E, Oviedo, FL 32765. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 2021 SR 426 E, Oviedo, FL 32765. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at St Luke's Lutheran Cemetery, 2021 SR 426 E, Oviedo, FL 32765.
