we’re just now seeing this very sad news about Megan.  we always remember cute Megan and feel your pain at her loss.  our very sincere condolences at her passing.

Megan was such a beautiful soul.  Always friendly, caring, and supportive. I absolutely enjoyed our conversations that we had back in the office about our favorite animes.  Especially our moments talking about One Piece.  I will miss your amazing sense of humor and laughter.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I hope that in light of these events your family can find peace in knowing how loved Megan was by her community. My name is Matthew Acker and I was Megan's leader at Southern New Hampshire University for several years. Megan is and always had been one of my favorite people in this organization. As an artist myself we regularly share with ne another the new creative explorations we were taking. Megan would pass me an unpublished essay, poem, or story for me to read and gush over and likewise I in return would show per photos of art that i was working on. During our time together as a team Megan was a constant light for our team. She was inspiring in how little effort it took her to bring the team together, and to help people appreciate the power in truly seeing one another. Working with Megan was never a chore but rather a pleasure, like talking to an old and dependable friend. Her light was an inspiration and never stopped to think when it came to contributing to the greater good of us all if it meant that it put a smile on others faces. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and i hope you know just how much it is felt here in NH. Megan is an artist, one whos work will live on. I hope if at all to tell you just how much my time with her meant to me as a leader and as a friend.

Two years ago, I asked for information online about SNHU. I'd had an experience in getting my associates degree that made me hesitant to reach out to schools about going back. Megan was the first person that I talked to at SNHU, and she was the entire reason I decided to go back to school to get my bachelors degree in Creative Writing & English-Fiction. She was so passionate about it that I knew I was going to love the school and the program. Whenever I had a problem, even after my time in admissions, I'd reach out to Megan and she would help me with anything. Two years later, I graduated and decided to become an admissions counselor myself, so I could help students start their new journey as Megan helped me.  She was a beautiful light in my life, and I will think about my life changes fondly knowing that she helped me down this path. She will be greatly missed. 

How can I write my feelings in 2000 characters? Megs, when I first met you I had no idea you would touch my life in the way that you did. We were both awkward humans, I was a know it all who raised my hand to much and you laughed a little too loud. Then we got to know each other, we bulldozed our way into each other lives and just stuck. I've never known a friendship like yours, a sisterhood like yours. I'll never know another like it. You will forever be my person, the only one who ever truly understood me and the only one whom I ever truly understood. You being gone is the hardest thing in the world but I know that the brief time I had with you was the biggest blessing I could have experienced. I will forever miss you my best friend, know that you will always hold a place in my heart that can never truly be filled. Love you to the moon and to saturn, because I love you more <3
