Passed away in his 86th year, on Thursday, October 7th, 2010, after a courageous struggle with kidney disease. Beloved husband for 60 years of Mary Fellows (néeBetts). Dear father of Derek (Carla), Dawn Ferris (Fred) and Kim Olsen (John). Proud Grandpa of Jeremy, Christopher (Rachel), Tamara (Matthew), Kristie, Gloria, and Robin. Cherished Gramps of Anthony. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Ada, and his sister Alberta, and survived by his brother Arthur (Marguerite), all of Grimsby. Bill, born in Grimsby, Ontario in 1924, was a graduate of the Ontario Agricultural College, a career officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and a retired public servant with Environment Canada and Statistics Canada.
