The Gibson family mourns the loss of their matriarch Trudy Gibson, peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Beloved mother of Cheryl (Fred), the late Gary (Heather), Chuck (Cassandra), David (Sandi), Alan and Lynne (Krista). Loving grandmother of Fred Jr., Tricia, Jennifer, Carah, Alexander, Melissa, Talis, Lyall, Jamie, Sophie and great- grandmother of Johnny, Lilly, Taylor, Cameron and Nila. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road), on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 am at St. Augustine`s Church, 1060 Baseline Road, followed by cremation.
