She was known for her work ethic, generosity of spirit, practical sense, foresight, and sharp wit. In the introduction to her memoirs, she wrote that her dedication to Serena was such that it was like having a fourth child. Her absence will be deeply felt by her family as well as everyone whose lives were touched by her work with Serena and the other organizations to which she devoted herself.
A funeral mass will be held at Paroisse Sainte-Marie in Orléans, ON, on July 20th, at 2pm. The family will receive condolences during a reception following the mass.
