Passed away peacefully on Monday October 29, 2018 at the age of 77 with his buddy at his side; his daughter Stefanie. Beloved husband of Nicholle (nee Gagnon) for 53 years and loving father to Nathalie (Patrice), Stéfanie (Marie-Josée) and Jenniffer (Luc), he was also a loving grand’pa to Danica, Roxanne, Lee-Ann and Alexy. He also leaves in sorrow his siblings Fred (Judy) and Carole (Clayton), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Elmwood and Gladys. The family wish to express its thanks to the entire medical professional in Ottawa who helped to make this journey easier. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 9, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences from 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bruyere Foundation Palliative Care would be appreciated.
