Peacefully in hospital, on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Dorothy Rock. Dear brother of Judith Rock and Darlene Rocheleau. Loving uncle of Geralynn, Danny (Dana), Vivianne and Rachel. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and many friends. John was a man that lived life on his own terms. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road), on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 11 am in McEvoy-Shields Chapel, with a light lunch to follow.
