Jeannine Monette

The family announces her passing on Monday, October 17, 2016 at age 77. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Monette. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph “Jos” Cyr and the late Beatrice “Bea” Cyr née Rollin. Dear mother of Richard “Rick”, Maurice “Moe” (Suzanne), Diane, late Michel “Mike” (18 août 1959-1 mai 2016), Daniel (Danny), Micheline "Mimi" (André), Donald (Nathalie) and Stephan (Jason). Adored grandmother of Connie, Michael, Richard, Josée, Denis, Karine, Joey, Jessy and Kasandra as well as great-grandmother of: Brody, Brook and Madi. She will be missed by her brother-in-law Roger Monette (Sharon) and their child: Karen; her late sister-in-law Claudette McKinnon (late Robert) and their children: Lynn and Nicole; her sister Florence St-Louis (Arthur) and their children: Jacqueline, Arthur, Rene, Robert, Gerald and Jean-Marie; her late brother Alcide Cyr (late Ina Charleboix) and their children: Debbie, Raymond, Donna, Gerry, Lynn, Jean-Paul, Gary, Peter and Denis; her late brother-in-law Marcel Souliere (late Claire) and their children; Michel and Micheline as well as her late brother-in-law Julien Louiseize (late Denise). The family would like to thank Brother Mike and Sister Louise St-Louis for their generous help along with her extended Jehovah Witness family and friends who have made her very happy and loved. Thank you all. I'M FREE

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free.

I'm following the path God laid for me.

I took his hand when I heard his call.

I turned my back and left it all.

Ah yes, these things I too will miss.

My life's been full, I've savored much.

Good friends, good times,

A loved one's touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief.

Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
