It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of the
MATRIARCH of the Ashton family. She lived a long and beautiful life
with many wonderful memories. She is predeceased by her husband Dick,
her son Kerry and her granddaughter Tiffany. She leaves behind a close
family who will miss her dearly. Her brother Norm. Her children Rick
(Sue), Bruce (Ellie), daughter in law Mary (Wally), Debbie, and Ian
(Marilyn). Grandchildren Jason, Jodi, Jenny, Dan, Tim, Mark, Steve,
Russell, Sam, A.J, Doug and Emily. Great Grandchildren Crystal, Keely,
Liam, Ellie, Maizie, Lily, Claire, Luke, Annaleigh, Blaire and Jack.
We would like to thank the staff at Beacon Heights residence for their
care and support. A private family memorial will be held at a later
date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Council on aging, 101-1247 Kilborn place, Ottawa, Ontario K1H 6K9.
