Melissa Missy Harrison Baker

Melissa J. “Missy” Baker 34, of Ossian passed away Friday, December 17, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital. She was born December 8, 1976, in Bluffton to the late “Jack” Harrison and Dorothy (Perry) Harrison. She worked as a dental assistant at Decatur Dental Services. She enjoyed spending time with her family and attended Life Community Church. Surviving family include her husband, Robert “Bob” Baker; children Reagan Baker & Maclain Baker; mother, Dorothy Foltz; siblings, Tina (Denny) Orr – Waynedale, Jackie (Dennis) Bunn – Ossian, Brenda Edwards – Waynedale, Becky Cross – Uniondale, Jim Harrison – Waynedale, and Jeff Harrison – Huntington. Also surviving are sister-in-law, Rachell Cramer – VanWert; brother-in-law, Mike (Shirley) Kreischer – VanWert; father-in-law, Bob (Beth) Baker – Carey, OH; and mother-in-law Connie (Kelley) Kreischer. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Elzey - Patterson - Rodak Funeral Home with calling one hour prior. Pastor Chad Ringer will be officiating. Calling hours are on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the Melanoma Research Foundation or to the family.
