Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday, September 9th, 2013, at Fairview Lodge at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late George Angus Chase (1999). Loving mother of George and his wife Sandra. Cherished Grandma of Alison and her husband Robert Holowczenko, and Nana of Joshua and Mackenzie. Predeceased by her brothers Pat and Jim and her sister Winnie. Margaret will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff at Fairview Lodge “Lower K” for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, September 12th from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 13th at 2:00 p.m. Cremation. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society (Durham) or Footprints For Autism would be appreciated.
