David Wayne Bowen

David was born in Cobourg, Ontario on August 10, 1954. The son of Barbara and the late Clarence Bowen. He was the beloved husband of Ella and dear father of Michael. David passed away at their home in Oshawa, Ontario on November 9, 2024, in his 71st year. Loved by his siblings, twin brother Christopher (Ann), Claire (Scott), Ian (Janice) and Jeffrey. He will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Dearest David “God has you in his keeping – We have you in our hearts”. With our love always – your family.

Family and friends, please help us honour and celebrate the life of David Bowen. We hope you can join us in sharing a funny story or favourite memory. The Celebration of Life in honour of David Bowen will be held on December 1st, 2024 at 1 pm at 7175 County Rd 10, Port Hope, Ontario.

We also welcome everyone to join us in prayer for David in a public Mass at St. Mary of the People Parish, 570 Marion Ave, Oshawa, Ontario, on December 15th at 9am. We thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
