On the morning of July 22, 2023, beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend, Thomas, “Tom” Brennan passed away unexpectedly. Tom was born on August 31, 1959, in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
He and his wife, Sally, spent many wonderful years in Milford, Connecticut, and then split their time between Milford, CT, and Ormond Beach, FL, before moving full-time to Florida in 2020.
Tom proudly served 34 outstanding and memorable years with the Easton Connecticut Police where he formed many lasting relationships. He loved vacationing with his wife, swimming, fishing, and watching the NY Yankees and Giants and enjoyed many quiet nights with Sally with a glass of wine and a cigar. He also loved spending time with family and friends. Tom was a very earnest and dedicated Republican.
In addition, throughout Tom’s life he loved his cats and happily supported various rescue organizations in Florida, Connecticut, and Hawaii.
Thomas was predeceased by his mother and father, Catherine and Joseph W. Brennan Jr, and his brother James S. Brennan. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife Sally of 37 years; brother Joseph Brennan and wife Michele of Florida, sister-in-law, Jennifer Liddell of Florida, sister-in-law, Beverlee Hutchins and husband Tim of Vermont; nieces, Kayla Brennan and fiancé David Morgia, of New York City, Courtney Brennan and fiancé, Mitch Pasqualoni of Florida; nephews, Dylan Brennan of New Jersey and US Army PFC, Jesse Brennan of Fort Stewart, Georgia.
A celebration of Life service will be held Friday, August 25, 2023, 12:00pm at Riverview Bistro, 946 Ferry Blvd., Stratford, CT.

Tom’s untimely and sudden passing has shocked his family and the void he has left behind is more than words can express.
