Anita Elizabeth Forsythe

Anita Forsythe was born January 19 1938. She passed away on June 12th at the age of 85. Anita was surrounded by loved ones and at peace at the time of her passing. Anita was the sixth child of seven born to Anthony and Dorothy Castellano into a typical Italian American family in Brooklyn New York. She met and soon after married the love of her life Billy Forsythe. A shy handsome farm boy from Missouri. who was stationed in New York at the time of the Korean war. Anita and Bill were married on January 10th 1955. They had two children the eldest William and then their daughter Dana. These two opposites built a beautiful life together. Family was everything to Anita and she with her husband by her side worked hard and built a humble good life filled with love. Thirty four years ago they relocated to the area where they spent the rest of their years until Bill passed away on july 22nd 2010. Not a moment or day ever went by that Anita did not reminisce and talk about the love of her life. Her Billy. This marks the passing of Anita but more importantly the reuniting of two wonderful people for the rest of time. Anita is survived by her children William and Dana. Six grandchildren Dalton, Dale, Dakota Rebecca, Angelica and William. She also was blessed with three great grand children Amber Amelia and Ava. And 1 great great grandchild Malcolm her Nephew Richard and other family members and some good friends who blessed her life. She will be laid to rest on January 20th 2024 at Volusia memorial 548 N nova road Ormond beach Florida 32174 at 12 noon.
