Jerry was born in Perth Amboy, NJ where he resided before retiring to his beloved Cape Cod.
He was a Vietnam War Combat Engineer Veteran and an avid sportsman who loved skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, crossword puzzles and the Yankees.
Son of the late Edmund and Rose (Marcinak) Piasecki. His sister Rose Laverne and brother Leonard predeceased him. He is survived by his brother Edmund and sister-in-law Gail, cousin Irene Bauman, many nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends.
Jerry's remains will be scattered in a private event at places he loved best.
