Louisa grew up in Commerce, Georgia and attended Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia (Rome, Georgia). She worked in the Telecommunications industry and also served in the United States Army Reserve.
She is predeceased by her brother, Theron B. Chandler; and her parents, Bennie C. and Marguerite Chandler.
She is survived by her niece, Danielle Chandler Tapley (Joey): her nephew, William Chandler; and her great nieces, Kayla and Vanna. She also leaves behind many loving friends.
Louisa made us all laugh, she was a natural comedienne and the life of the party.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held, Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Baldwin Fairchild – Conway Chapel, 1413 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32807.
