About the Dr. Louis Murray Scholarship Fund
"Dr. Louis Murray and his wife Sue generously supported St. James Cathedral School for over two decades. Education was very important to Dr.Murray and he wanted to make certain that families who desired a Catholic education for their children, but needed financial assistance, would be able to receive help. The creation of the Murray Scholarship Fund in 1988 has ensured that many children have, and will continue to, receive the most precious gift of a Catholic education. We are saddened by his passing, but are blessed by his legacy. Sue and Lou Murray truly embodied the school's motto - We Come to Learn and Leave to Serve. "
