Dolores "Dee" Thompson, 88, of Orlando, Florida passed away on September 27, 2018. She was born on August 27, 930 in Lykens, Pennsylvania to the late Marlin and Mary Pearl (Nicklo) Dressler. Dee was a proud registered nurse. Her family meant the world to her. She enjoyed quilting in her younger years, learning at William Beardall Senior Center with the quilting group. Dee was also know for hosting many card nights and socializing with friends and loved going "junking!"
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Thompson. Survivors include her children, John Thompson and Rebecca "Becky" (Mark) Williams; brother, James Dressler; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at Baldwin-Fairchild Goldenrod Chapel, 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, FL on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 12-1 pm with a Service at 1pm.
