Alan Edward Leonard

Alan Edward Leonard passed away at his home on January 15, 2023. He is predeceased by his dear wife, Kimbra Ward Leonard, and his loving parents, Donald and Genevieve (Zeiser) Leonard of Orlando, FL. He is survived by his daughter, Emma, his siblings, Tommy (Susie), Michael (Cheryl), Madonna (Bill-deceased) Coughlin, Lou Ann (Avon) Doll, Terry (Vickie) Noack.

A lifelong Floridian, Alan was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated from Oak Ridge High School and then attended Mid Florida Tech. Alan worked at the Orlando World Center Marriott in events and hospitality for 37 years.

Alan loved his family. He enjoyed ping-pong, darts, 80’s music and Vince Gill. If the Miami Dolphins were playing, he would be sure to be watching in person or on TV as he was an avid fan. He also supported the Florida Gator Softball team.

Alan was a beautiful, gentle, and kind man and he will be missed by his family and friends forever.

A funeral will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Conway in Orlando, FL, on Sunday, January 22, 2023, with a visitation beginning at 11am and service beginning at 12pm.

In lieu of flowers, a gift may be made in Alan’s honor to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
