Adolphus was born to Rueben Lewis and Mabel Manners on May 28, 1929 in Carapichaima, Trinidad. On March 12, 2021, he fell asleep and God peacefully took this great man home. Adolphus had an immense love of family and knew the blessing he had in his wife Genevieve. His past times ranged from watching sports to soap operas. He worked as a bookkeeper at Caroni Limited and in the Special Reserves Police Force. When he began work at the Hilton in Trinidad that was the introduction to his remaining years in the hospitality industry from St. Thomas to Florida. He leaves many behind that will continually love him including his wife, Genevieve and her son, Steve, his children, Jennifer (Victor), Gloria “G” (Rick), Hazel, Dolorees "Donna", Gerard "Pre", Judith "Judy", Curtis, Howard "Clint" (Yolanda), Karen, Don, David, Neil and Glenrawle "Glen" ….. his sister, Cybil, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sister and brother in laws and friends. Adolphus was predeceased by his children Carlos "Nick" and Ashton, brothers Amos and Eddie, as well as his granddaughters Lisa and Stephanie.
