Patricia "Patti" Gail Ducharme

Patricia (Patti) Gail Ducharme, 72, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2015 after a long battle with breast cancer surrounded by her family. She was born February 10, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee. She lived in Macclenny Florida where she raised her two children before settling in Middleburg, Florida. Patti was a long time member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and enjoyed traveling, cooking, sewing and crafting. She is survived by her husband; Gregory Ducharme, Daughter; Cynthia (Cindy) DeSantis (Damon) son; Christopher Durbin (Lynn), sisters; Judy Ivey, Jonell Tanner, Deborah Lee (Toby), 8 grandchildren; Kyle DeSantis (Adaliz), Cameron DeSantis, Conor DeSantis (Karissa), Carson DeSantis, Haley Durbin, Christopher Durbin Jr., Benjamin Durbin and Gage Gainey, 3 great-grandchildren; Thomas Ethridge, Adabelle DeSantis and Eloise DeSantis. A Celebration of Patti’s life will be held at the home she shared with her husband Greg, 1802 Heartpine Drive Middleburg Fl. 32068. Please join us on May 6, 2015 from 6pm-9pm. A Private family internment will be held at a later date.
