Surviving family includes brother Gene (Nancy) Brune of Tell City, IN; loving daughter Alicia K (Bob) Harden of Bowling Green, KY; son Charles M. Beyond Charles’ celebrated 20 years of faithfully serving our country, his first love was that of his family - and not just his wife and two children, he selflessly helped numerous people from all walks of life thru teen court, Sunday school, various bible studies, and volunteering continuously in his church until he no longer was able to do it. Anyone that knew Charles knew he was old school, but he dedicated his entire time on earth serving and helping others. We absolutely know he with continue to serve God’s flock in the afterlife.
Charles enjoyed all kinds of sports, especially loved watching his beloved IU men’s basketball team - Go Hoosiers!
