Norman was born on January 7, 1960 in Ballston Spa, New York, the son of Bruce and Doris Allen Weller, Sr. He was a songwriter. He enjoyed music and guitars.
He is survived by his life companion of 20 years, Michelle Maciag; a son, Kevin Andrew Weller of Orange City, FL; two daughters, Kayla Renee Weller and Christina Leigh Silvers; two grandchildren, Carlie and Grayson; his mother, Doris Weller; and three brothers, Michael (Mary Ann) Weller of DeLand, FL, Bruce (Beverly) Weller, Jr. and Schuyler Weller and two sisters, Doreen Weller and Mary Ellen Weller; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Monday, February 27th from 6 - 8 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 28th at 10:00 am at My Refuge Christian Church, 2 Ruckert Circle, DeLand with Pastor Vince Cuda officiating. Burial will immediately follow in DeLand Memorial Gardens in DeLand, Florida.
