Amanda Joyce Phillips, 71, Deland, Florida, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Alliance Center for Health Care, Deland, Florida. She was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and moved to the DeBary- Deland Florida area 15 years ago from Tennessee. She was a former member of the Church of Christ. In her later years,Amanda enjoyed going outside at the Alliance Home with her family and picking flowers.She is survived by her daughter- Sherry Serafinowicz of Lake Helen, Florida; Brother Charles Bly of Smyrna, Tennessee and 2 grandchildren.
